I don’t remember getting this memo, but apparently you can save money at the registry by making your own plates. Now I can make my car say whatever I want! I really wonder if the driver of this car really has an argument when they get pulled over. Even if the plate was stolen this has to be illegal, but now that I think about it I’ve done a lot worse. Greg can attest to that, although at least when we were breaking the driving laws requiring insurance, registration, and a license, we were smarter about it than this. I just hope his fuel injectors weren’t leaking like ours were. Now that I think about it, maybe we weren’t much smarter. But we were sixteen and have youth to blame for our stupid decisions. Not like captain makeshift who looked 40+.
