haircuts! I mean come on, how can you pass up a bargain like this? Especially with options like buzzcuts, fades, flat tops, trims and kids cuts. I didn’t even think flat tops were still legal.
Not to mention the building is attached to what I think is Phil’s house. I wonder if he lives with mommy.
